Misleading exception when resolving duplicate secret ref

Scenario & Reproduction Steps

1. Create two items with the same name in the same vault.
2. Try to run op.secrets.resolve("op://vault_uuid/item_name")

Actual Behavior

It throws an exception saying: error resolving secret reference: no vault matched the secret reference query

Expected Behavior

The exception message should say it's a duplicate.
