I'm not able to judge them in detail, but perhaps some of them are low-hanging fruits?

• Issue at point 1 looks like a false positive, the link is placed around the main animated logo and so does not require any text around to explain where is pointing to (it is more like a fallback in case someone clicks on the animated logo),
• I fixed the error at point 2 converting a <h3> to a <div>,
• Point 3 embraces 39 elements, but the accessibility issues is primarily intended for deaf people using a dedicated reader. Looking quickly at the legislation -as far as I understand- we are not obliged to provide such features. If we want to do so it is just matter to study a bit more the topic and add accessibility attributes to each element
