When loading a save with a frozen Primitive it will slightly fall down a couple of HMU

For precise builds this is game breaking

Seems to be, primitives spawn in unfrozen, and simulate for ~1s after the save is loaded
Happen more for me, on primitives constrained, intersecting with other stuff.

Hoping this can be fixed.
Can workaround this by welding primitives to the world, they stay put that way.
