Add Direct Touch to Select Menu Options in VR

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Menu options can't be interacted with directly with the player's fingers.

Describe your preferred solution

Being able to poke buttons to select menu items and swiping with the fingers to scroll would be a nice feature.

• Tapping on a menu button with the finger selects a menu option
• Swiping a finger on a panel makes it scroll horizontally/vertically.

Describe any considered alternatives

Alternatively, being able to control the menu using eye/face tracking.
