Products should be able to be grouped by category/filtered by tags

Would it be better for a product to be assigned multiple tags or belong to a single category?

Can both of these be possible? A product would belong to a category, but sellers could add their own tags?

I think for now this is a little outside of the scope of the MVP(Minimum Viable Product) This is a good idea for the future but for now its best to focus on the tasks to fulfill the user stories
