Test DMP-CRON and DMP-API on postgres

We have moved dmp to postgres. Lets check if everything is fine on prod.

Updates -

• DMP CRON is working fine apart from a edge case for issue no 1400.
• DMP API working needs to be confirmed after the "SSL Error" for these services gets fixed.
