Our trainees often need help tailoring CVs to specific jobs they're applying for.
Perhaps we could add an additional "job description" upload which we could use to try to test things like keyword matching, are you addressing most of the requirements bullet points.
We may want to consider both "for computers" (i.e. "assuming an ATS is going to filter you, are you referring to things with the same terms, e.g. "cloud" vs "AWS", "JS" vs "JavaScript", etc), and "for people" (i.e. are you addressing most of the requirements)
