Tag missing for latest release

I noticed that the latest pypi release 0.3.13.7 does not have a tagged commit.

The last tagged commit seems to be 0.3.12
Here are the versions published on pypi.org:
0.3.13.7 -> a1381e2
0.3.13.2 -> f2951e8
0.3.13 -> 6fccfc9

Please provide the missing tags (or releases).
I am working on a set of conda-forge packages for FTS to make them less dependent on platform and architecture.
I would prefer proper github releases but tags are acceptable.

I see that there are release version 0.3.15 inconsistencies:

version='0.3.13.7',

Still shows the 0.3.13.7 version.

DigitalPy/pyproject.toml

Line 3 in 209a24c

version = "0.3.16"

The version 0.3.16 is used.
