DedAI v3 Contribution Guidelines

Preamble

Welcome to the DedAI v3 Contribution Guidelines ("Guidelines"). These Guidelines are a binding legal and ethical framework between you ("Contributor", "You") and DedAI ("We", "Us", "Our"). Your contributions to DedAI v3, a pioneering venture in computational neuroscience, machine learning algorithms, and musical neuroaesthetics, are subject to the terms delineated herein.

1. Code of Conduct

All Contributors must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which champions ethical and respectful interaction within the DedAI community.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Contributions to DedAI v3 become the sole and exclusive property of DedAI under a full assignment of intellectual property rights. Such Contributions include, but are not limited to, code snippets, algorithms, feature suggestions, and annotations on our machine learning models or EEG data processing techniques.

3. Contribution Channels

Contributions are primarily accepted through GitHub pull requests. Ensure your Contributions align with our existing technological stacks, namely TensorFlow for machine learning, Python for EEG data processing, and so forth.

4. Contribution Review

Contributions undergo rigorous peer-review processes that leverage best practices in computational neuroscience, machine learning, and musical neuroaesthetics. Our review board comprises interdisciplinary experts who evaluate the scientific validity and technical robustness of your Contributions.

5. Compliance and Legal Restrictions

Contributors are responsible for ensuring their Contributions do not infringe upon any existing copyrights, patents, or other legal restrictions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and potential legal action.

6. Amendments

DedAI reserves the right to amend these Guidelines at any time, with or without notice. Amendments will be communicated through appropriate channels, including but not limited to, GitHub repositories and email notifications.

BY MAKING A CONTRIBUTION TO DEDAI v3, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE GUIDELINES, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
