Add content for python 

It would be good to have some content on python, similar to the current R based pages. It would also be nice to link these with some biological libraries (e.g. [biopython](https://biopython.org/)) and have [executable cells](https://jupyterbook.org/interactive/thebe.html) for the user to run.
