Describe the bug
The CPU usage percentage in Home Assistant doesn't match the CPU usage the windows taskmanager performance tab.
Home assistant gives me a value of 1-4%. Windows performance tells me it floats between 15-50%
To Reproduce
- I've add the 'cpuload' sensor with a refresh time of 5 seconds
- I've added a gauge card using the sensor now available in HA
- pressed CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and then went to the performance tab
- compare the numberic values.
Expected behavior
I would expect the values to match.
At least more closely due to the 5 second refresh time.
