Cannot download the model on Windows!

I have used the layout parser with the google colab and currently, I want to run it on a windows environment. But I am stuck in using the model. Would you have any ideas to solve this error?

The issue was solved here if the implementation is tweaked a little bit! Issue #168 : AssertError: Checkpoint /home/ec2-user/.torch/iopath_cache/s/dgy9c10wykk4lq4/model_final.pth not found!
