Code of conduct

Right now the Code of Conduct of the project has coding style guidelines instead of a proper for of conduct to establish rules for the community. We should rename the current file as Coding Styles and create a new Code of Conduct that can be based on the standardized norms used by other open source communities,.

Agree, do you have any propositions for the code of conduct?

I would recommend that we base our Code of Conduct on the "Contributor Covenant" which is already used by projects like Linux, Ruby, Swift and Go; and use it to construct our own to have a proper document for community participation guidelines.
