Burst images not being stacked in order

Working to import pictures previously saved on OneDrive, and I have a couple of sets of pictures from an old Pixel where a GIF was produced from a bunch of burst images. Trying to stack the set of burst images in the right order, and it doesn't seem to be working. When I run immich-stack I see the set of images output in the command window in the right order, but when I view the stack in Immich, the order is incorrect. Not sure if this is a bug here or in Immich, or if I am doing something wrong.

Hello @PunditSharp
When you say they are not in order, what do you mean? The 00007IMG_00007_BURST20190407204147_COVER isn't the cover image? Or when you browse the stack, it's not 1,2,3,4,5 but maybe 5,2,1,3,4 ?

Hi @Majorfi !

It is the second thing you mention - when browsing the stack in Immich, the images are out of order compared to the filename sequence numbers. Generally it starts with 00000 as expected, but does not follow the sequence for the rest of the images.

Hum, this appears to be an issue on Immich side, cf: immich-app/immich#16250
I will keep an eye on this to see when it's fixed and applied it to Immich Stack
