CNS24 Tutorial - Issues

• osc tut synMech params don’t appear (after simulate)

  • tried to replicate but couldn’t (maybe if load model without clearing before)

• tut1 step by step, when rename any new pop (e.g. from “Population0” to ”E”)

• tut1 step by step, if create a 2nd population starting with the same letter eg “E2” —> cannot continue after Error popup

• tut1 step by step, conn rules postsyn conditions, cannot delete value in x-range maximum (”4” stays there even if press backspace)
  • same happens for Stim Targets—>Conditions—>X-axis locations

• subcellular conn rules—>pre-conditions—>cell type shows synaptic mechs (synMechParams) instead of cell types (cellParams) (shows “exc”+”inh” instead of “Pyr”)
