Functions that keep executing need to be checked.

There are some functions that execute each time `connect_remote.py` runs:

  *  `ti.gettaphonomictypesbyidlist`
  * `ti.gettaphononomicsystembyname`
  * `ti.getpublicationbyidlist`
  * `ts.deletedatasetid`
  * `ts.insertsynonynmtype`
  * `doi.datasetmodified`

These shouldn't be executing, but they keep doing it. . .
