Record IMU data at a higher sampling rate (to sd card)

Hi there,

Thanks for opening this amazing platform and it helps a lot when I interact with OpenEarable. Now I want to record the raw, undownsampled IMU data to the SD card, but it looks like that only BLE streaming at 50Hz is supported. Is there a workaround to do so?

Hi, there is an open PR OpenEarable/open-earable#95 that supports this, but currently not officially supported.
