How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Wine: i tried stock wine, proton, proton-experimental, same issues

How does Path of Building behave?

VRAM should remain low and stable

How to reproduce the issue

Open and close builds, over time it'll just grow, never shrink, suggesting GPU resources not properly disposed

@bangbangsheshotmedown can you test with #9610 and see if that fixes it or makes it better? It could break stuff too, but interested in your experience with that PR

I'll give it a try, but from the look of it, that'll mostly touch RAM related issues

My issue is VRAM related, from my investigation, my issue is related to tooltips and tree versions from other leagues not properly being freed whenever i switch to a older build, since trees/tooltips load images, them never being freed means vram will grow over time
