Poor recognition of "Profile Features Limited" and "Steam is learning about this game" games

For a while the recognition of games with those 2 attributes has been getting worse. Now it pretty much recognizes all games as if they do not have those 2 attributes and doesn't apply the * symbol correcty to the games that have those attributes.

Is it possible to make the recognition more accurate please?
