☁️ Cloudflare - add redirects for base routes (e.g. /)

Description

The archive pages contain a large number of links that would previously redirect to Default.aspx (e.g. https://ssw.com.au/ssw/Standards/ used to https://ssw.com.au/ssw/Standards/Default.aspx). However since these links no longer redirect to default pages they just 404.

- [ ] use app insights to get a list of links to base routes that are being hit
- [ ] add redirects so that these links redirect to their archived equivalent
