Version
What version are you using?

  • Stable release (version here)

Build
3.7.1

  • .NET 10 running on (Operating System)

Describe the issue
If I have checked the option to verify for new version but I don't have internet at the moment, the software takes a while to start (probably the timeout) and then gives me this error:

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (api.github.com:443)
---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (10060): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
