Conveyor Lift Floor Hole Extra Placement Bug

Describe the bug
Whenever you extend some production buildings (I have only noticed with refineries and blenders) and one of your inputs are using a conveyor lift floor hole that is attached to the building it will place more than one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click to extend production building with conveyor lift floor holes
2. Places as many conveyor lift floor holes as the number of buildings (1st extension has 2, 2nd has 3, 3rd has 4, etc.)
3. Dismantle conveyor lift floor holes
4. See error
