Add the ability to scale "Pipeline Support"

Well it's a pain to set pipelines supports over long distances, especially without messing the height.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like the ability to scale "Pipeline Support" same as "Stackable Pipeline Support", ideally with default X spacing set to 54.
