Integration tests with the ECUEmulator

Write integration tests that spin up an instance (or potentially also multiple instances) of the ECUEmulator, and test that FerroFlow behaves correctly. I think a good first thing to test is the node registration flow - currently, the case where first ferroflow starts, and then the ecu emulator, should work...

We'll have to implement #3 (config parsing) first.
