Various bot ideas

Some ideas for new features the bot could have.

• Complain about syntax errors in Lua blocks.
• REPL bot. Ideally we'd spin up an emulator, run with a short timeout and take a screen shot. (90f3e0d)
• Transcribe screenshots of ComputerCraft terminals.

Is this issue for any ideas from anyone? If so;

Automatically delete eval output and repost when someone edits their eval command code. This would help prevent spam, as only a single message is needed, rather than editing then replying with %exec, and having a new response be created.

Another idea is to have the bot delete an %eval screenshot if a 🗑 reaction is added by the original poster. This could help declutter the chat if a mistake was made in the code.
