[good first issue] improve installer graphics

currently as you see in the image attached, the installer looks like it came out of slackware Linux/debian version 1, that needs to be changed in order to have good user experiance
context: the installer is found under the scripts directory, it currently uses standard POSIX shell #!bin/sh), if you wish to use something like the gum framework, adding bash to the package list in the rootfs script and switching the default shell to bash in the chroot is nessesery

I've started writing the installer using gum, so far I've made a little progress that's mostly focused on the frontend side. Here's an image of it:

Let me know if that's what we're aiming for (the looks - like colors, padding, margin, borders, etc) I would also like to know if there are any logos or branding colors. If not, I can make them (or just use placeholder ones like I'm doing rn) Here's the source:

Hello! first of all, thank you for willing to contribute to eclipse Linux, however, i must apologize as we already made an installer using rust and ratatui, and switching to the gum based installer would be a bit difficult as it will require adding more steps in the rootfs script, however, if possible, could i ask you to convert this to a post-install script for configuring internet, user prefrences, etc? would it be possible, thank you and i am sorry for the confusion
