Review Funny-Name package (funnynamer)

When a new user account is registered, a random funny name is assigned to them.
FYI

1. Duplicate display names are acceptable, though its still going to be a good idea to ensure uniform distribution of name for newly generated profiles
2. Eventually user will be able to update their display name (this is not directly related to funnynamer package in anyway but just mentioning this FYI)
3. Names should not be vulgar, racist or derogatory, nor it should resemble any human name.
