Strange left click behavior when turning a building when alt+tabbing or clicking outside the game

Bug Description

When you are trying to place down a building but want to change the angle but you by accident click outside the game or alt+tab and when you return to the game you first press right click to disable the placement then the first left click wont be registered or it will select another unit or building. This doesnt seem to be an issue when you dont cancel the placement.

I tested multiple things and only turning the building and canceling it seem to create this issue.

Reproduction Steps

1. hold left click when placing down a building so you can turn it arround
2. click outside the game with cursorlock disabled or alt+tab
3. when you return to the game cancel the building placement using right click
4. The first left click will now either select a random building or unit or wont register at all.
