Add a note about workspace recommendation for VSCode to the readme

one detail that might be helpful to clarify in the docs for the first install in the context of VSCode might be that you have to manually install the extensions marked as dependencies for ddev-drupal-code-quality. cuz when i see a popup like that, it sounds and feels more like an advertisement by microsoft than a call to action. (i personally tend to ignore them if i am not told otherwise upfront)

but it is basically the recommended extensions for the workspace needed for ddev-drupal-code-quality to work with VSCode.

Thanks @rpkoller for this feedback. I've always been working in a workspace where these extensions already exist, and was unaware of how that would manifest in VS Code. I'll think though how best to provide that guidance. It probably makes sense to do it in the recommended settings summary tha tis coming soon, and at the step where VSCode config is installed on a manual run. Very much appreciated!

from the perspective of a naive user (me) i would have first looked at the information provided under at https://github.com/UltraBob/ddev-drupal-code-quality#ide-settings-vs-codecodium there you write first about the settings. after that before the requirements section starts it would be a suitable position denoting that the user might first need to click the "show recommendation" button on the alert panel and then install the recommendation for their workspace that are not installed yet. if you want i could create an initial draft for a PR.
