Create a "generation summary" report #5
Description
If you run with --report=True, then you get a nice report before VectorCAST/ATG gets run, however, you don't get anything at the end telling you the results of running VectorCAST/ATG.
We should add a new "summary" report that gets generated at the end that lists:

Total number of environments successfully processed

Total number of routines successfully processed
-
Total number of routines that timed-out/failed
-
List of environments with at least one "failed" routine
In non-quiet mode (and without report), we should probably just print the overall number of environments/routines before exiting.
