This is a bug in the CLI, instead of executing the subdomains command it is looking for a "subdomains" domain.

The command should be vt domain subdomains domain.com -I . If subdomains is after domain.com, it is interpreted as a second domain name, not as a subcommand. If this doesn't work, you may try to run vt init again, forcing the re-generation of the relationships cache file. An out-of-date cache file can also cause issues with relationships not being recognized by the CLI.
