"What vite-plugin-require-transform actually do" in README is outdated

Because changes of #50 to the README had been reverted as part of #50 (comment) the code for the test-cases in the README isn't what the plugin does anymore since #50.

The README should be shortened again, or it should be updated with the new examples (and spell-checked / fix grammar mistakes).
