Libraries not findable

I have difficulties to compile the code because the following libraries are not findable. Can you help me ton find them?

#include <wiringPi.h>
#include <wiringPiSPI.h>
#include <wiringPiI2C.h>

Hi,

The wiring pi link mentioned above (http://wiringpi.com/download-and-install/) no longer has wiring pi.

There are precompiled binaries from https://github.com/WiringPi/WiringPi/releases
