Packages should not include `.pyc` files

In a clean environment:

```bash
pip install approvaltests
pip show -f approvaltests
...
  approvaltests/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-312.pyc
...
```

(I'm not completely certain this is a bug; we should research.)
