Accelerator now skips every upload, deletes dump file afterwards

Getting this on every server crash now in accelerator.log:
Got a presubmit token from server: Sorry, crash submission is currently disabled (capacity reached)
PresubmitCrashDump complete
Skipped due to server request

And in console.log:
Accelerator upload thread started.
[RecordDemo] Config loaded. Demo path (relative to tf/): demos/manual_recordings
Accelerator upload thread finished. (1 skipped, 0 uploaded, 0 failed)
Accelerator upload thread terminated. (canceled = false)

Zero clue as to why this is suddenly happening.

Never mind. Did more research in the Sourcemod thread. Sorry for raising the issue here.

Somehow thought this was a local issue. Guess losing your braincells at 11pm will do that.
Any info on when the upload server might be available again?

I have this same issue for me. My crash dump somehow didn't appear and I thought I was doing something wrong. It turned out it got deleted everytime the server crashed, when I think its not supposed to happen like that? And yes it also shows me that "crash submission disabled" message. So right now I'm unable to find out the reasons if the Linux server crashes.
