IDE Agent Kit provides agent coordination hooks and room automation for Claude Code. Polls rooms, relays webhooks, watches comments, runs agents via tmux.

agent coordination hooks are essential for multi-agent setups. we run 3-5 Claude Code agents in parallel on the same codebase and the biggest pain point is build conflicts when two agents edit files in the same area. our workaround is using git worktrees so each agent has an isolated copy, but proper room-level coordination hooks would let agents negotiate who edits what without the filesystem isolation overhead.
