List of extra_field_values

Currently debugging a chamilo instance.

I was wondering, where the extra_field_values are defined?

Especially item_id 13 and 15.
13 is related to special courses i think.

But 15?

Might be "allow registration".

Are you SURE about this, because i do not see any evidence for this.
Is there any query to find out?
I don't want to start developing based on "might".

15 = video_url

item_id is linked to extra_field.id?
I just ran query monitor while updating a course, and it sets item_id 15 explicitly to empty, but i did not update anything else in the course than special course.
So, if this is true, then it might be a performance issue to save unneccessary updates :D

My understanding is 19 = Video-url; 15 seems empty as wel to me. Could be related to special course or authentication, but this is not sure at all.

19 is the Field_type :

15 is the id :
