CLI output is unclear when command fails or partially succeeds

Description

When running mesh-cli commands, the CLI output can be unclear or ambiguous.
It’s hard to understand whether the command actually succeeded, failed, or exited early.

To Reproduce

1. Install mesh-cli
2. Run a basic command with minimal or default config
3. Observe the CLI output

Expected behavior

The CLI should clearly indicate:

• Whether the command succeeded or failed
• What went wrong (if anything)
• What the next action should be
