XUnit 2.0 Support

xUnit 2.0 has just been released today and apparently ContinuousTests is not compatible with it.

Why would be compatible with software that was released today?

Is there a feature list or anything like that since my guess is its
drastically changed (semantic versioning)

From looking this is not a 15 minute piece of work the entire test
identifier will need to be rewritten and tested as they now work in
completely different ways e.g.

Actually, I am currently reading the source at this moment and trying to see if I can contribute.

the test runner itself probably needs to be looked at too but mostly for
how to pass names across to it since it has likely also changed

As for the actual runner I just had a quick look at the runner and it is a
complete rewrite. However that is probably not more than 2-3 hours of work.
If you are interested in contributing I can set the plumbing and tests up
and you can implement until tests pass. I usually just grab the code from
their console runner.
