Autofiling issues have issue with character entity references

Let me know if there are any charts that still seem to not be working please let me know, otherwise I will close this in around a day (old issue generated charts will not be updated, new charts should be good though).

It looks like charts are no longer embedded directly in issues, so it seems the behavior has been fixed by default.
