Dwarf2 relocations throw errors

Wii configure.py seems to recommend passing `-sym dwarf-2` for debug builds, but objdiff can't seem to process them, and throws with this error for all relocs: https://github.com/encounter/objdiff/blob/main/objdiff-core/src/obj/dwarf2.rs#L62

Example repro is Xenoblade https://github.com/xbret/xenoblade, set the dwarf-2 sym and run configure with --debug
