New servers for Berlin Office

With the old room we where thermally at the limit - with the new one we can add some more services. These things that where voiced we could run with more capacity.

• Build server: building geth and maybe other EF projects on premise
• Filecoin server: we want to make some CIDs accessible in the context of sourcify (contract metadata, sources, ..), remix (projects) and devcon (videos)
  • minimal requirements: https://docs.filecoin.io/get-started/lotus/installation/#minimal-requirements
• Backup server (repos/binaries/videos/..)
• Node runner (ideally all major implementations (geth,erigon,nethermind,besu,OE?) on all (test)chains (main, ropsten, rinkeby, goerli)

we should spec out what hardware we need for that.

One low hanging fruit to start with could be a beefy DappNode - on our current DappNode mainly the disk-space is a problem so I needed to stop a lot of testnets and could not run the erigon from there to prevent the disc being critically full:

If we get a server where we can run more of the chains from the dappnode app-store.

Interesting there are mainly the rest of the geth run testnets. Erigon and Nethermind testnet. Also some IPFS only tracked pacakges outside the dappnode appstore (currently expensive to update) - like the sourcify packages.
