MVG License

This repo itself is licensed under CC-BY-4.0. If we want to use MVG in our orgs/projects, are we legally obligated to copy this license and attribute the starter template back to this repo? If not, it may be better to distribute this repo under CC0-1.0.

I think the answer is yes given that each file ends with:

Although TRADEMARKS.md has a different license and CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md has no license attribution. Not sure if CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md should have one added, I'm guessing yes.
