Task

-We need each supply tree visualized in its own card

• we need to be able to access details about supply tree elements.

Definition of done
-Each supply tree should display in its own card

• roll over of okh and okw should have a small card pop up with a button to see the full detail page.

I began a solution to this, but my use of .vue is limited. The code currently works, but renders two OKWs in the same supply tree. The goal of this is to separate them into separate visual components.
