@rzr I'm trying to make 1.4.0-RC2 work, but I'm having trouble setting up the oic_svr_db.dat files - it seems they got broken again.

well actually I havent check since 1.3.1 is problem reproductible with iotivity's examples ?
If yes it would help to report upstream.

@rzr I reproduced the compilation error locally. Which commit fixes it? git blame on master points to 97927b79 but that's a large commit introducing the whole chunk of code in which the error occurs. Is there a better commit?

Does I-node supports BT/BLE ? if not maybe we can just use IP transport ?

@rzr iotivity-node is not transport-specific. It simply exposes the C SDK. It doesn't turn on or off any transports when it builds iotivity.

@gabrielschulhof I also suffer from same issue with Ubunto 18/Mint 19. I have downgraded the gcc to 5.5 and still the same issue although it works perfectly on Linux mint 18.1. I have worked with iotivity 1.4.0 and understand the .dat files business very well. If you need any help updating iotivity-node to 1.4.0, I can help with .json/.dat files.
