Instructions on how to use PSF with dotnet applications

Hello I have a packaged dotnet app which MUST write a key to HKLM

I discovered PSF will allow me to do what I want, but all the instructions I can find describe C++ projects, e.g. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/msix/psf/package-support-framework-vs

I am sure I will eventually be able to work out how to make it work for me, but it would be good if there was documentation for C#/dotnet projects
