The tasks widget displays a different checkmark icon when the widget is empty

Steps to reproduce

1. Open nextcloud
2. Go to dashboard
3. Add upcoming tasks widget
4. View the dashboard

Expected behavior

When the widget lists are empty, the same checkmark icon from material library should be used.

Actual behaviour

The tasks widget uses a different icon when the widget is empty. It uses the same material icon if there are tasks in the tasks widget.
