We want to include a tuned configuration as described in https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.21/html/scalability_and_performance/using-node-tuning-operator specifically in https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.21/html/scalability_and_performance/using-node-tuning-operator#custom-tuning-default-profiles-set_node-tuning-operator (default profile) IIRC this is also recommended in the perf guide
