Wrong API method in docs in Interfaces/Overview

Describe the issue

The documentation has wrong method for API call for Interfaces/Overview/reload_interface. It shows GET (which gives responde "failure"), but should be POST (response "OK\n\n").

Suggestions

Changer docs to proper method.

Found the line — it's in source/development/api/core/interfaces.rst. The reload_interface row uses GET but should be POST. Opening a fix now.
