Can't set an ID in XML

Hi, I noticed that if I use the StatusView like this (without the Scroller, basically):

<params.com.statusView.StatusViewScroller
            android:id="@+id/myid"
            android:layout_width="wrap_content"
            android:layout_height="wrap_content"/>

At runtime that ID doesn't exist because the following line:

StepViewAndroid/stepview/src/main/java/params/com/stepview/StatusView.kt

Line 420 in 722ccb3

id = ViewCompat.generateViewId()//as the same attrs are being passed this view would have the same id as scroller.

Overwrites it.

I think that line could simply be removed but probably you know best. If you don't have time to fix it, please let me know how you would like it to be fixed and I'll open a PR for you.
